Announcement of "FUUAST"

Examinations Controller Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (FUUAST) has publicized that the registration forms for B.A., B.Com and M.A. (Private) could be submitted with late fee up to March 15.

"Schedule of BEd Exams"

THE University Punjab (PU) has topic the schedule for submission of admission forms for BEd (Particular Needs), Second Annual Examination, 2008 (Session of 2007-2008) and Annual Examination, 2009 (Session 2008-2009).  

The ultimate date for submission of admission forms with single fee is 08-03-2010 while the forms can be submitted with double fee till 11-03-2010. The exam will commence from March 24, 2010. Detailed schedule is as well available at the PU website www.pu.edu.pk  

In the meantime, according to a press statement, the PU has announced that Pharm-D, One-Year Condensed degree program exam will continue according to the date sheet already issued by the Controller Examinations. It added that the paper agenda for March 1 would now be held after March 22, the date for which will be declared later on.

HSC results for commerce

Intermediate Board of Education Karachi on Wednesday announced the results of commerce group applicants in higher secondary school certificate part-I annual examinations.  

A Total of 33,415 regular candidates and 6,880 private candidates occurred in the exams.  

Of the 33,415 regular candidates who appeared in the exams, 12,870 cleared all papers. A total of 5,968 candidates were declared successful in six papers, 4,417 in five papers, 3,473 in four papers and 2,596 candidates were declared successful in two papers. According to the statistics, 1,428 regular candidates cleared only one paper.  

The pass percentage of private candidates was 19.23, as only 1,320 candidates out of total 6,880 candidates approved the exam.  

The board announced that marks-sheets would be issued behind 2 weeks.
